Team Coaching

Sustainable change for your team, not a one off team event.

You don’t need us to tell you that the key to a strong, healthy and innovative team is the key to a sustainable business and returning clients. So why does it feel so hard?

Leading and managing creative teams can be a challenge. Budgets and timelines are tight. You lose competent staff to competitors. Disengaged, mistrustful team members avoid taking risks and daring contributions to innovation tanks.

Performance management and focusing on individual employees are the typical go-to approaches used by most organizations to try and solve these problems. Unfortunately, the return on these investments of time, energy and money can be pretty disappointing.

We offer something different. Sustainable change for your organization, which in turn leads to real and lasting transformation.

Our team coaching provides the structure, support, and empowerment that allows teams to learn, practice, and integrate new behavior over time.

Our approach goes beyond just changing awareness, but works to change behavior. We create a tailored approach for you and your team. Sustained behavior changes help teams become more effective, collaborative and help teams deliver results.

This isn't just talk. We evaluate progress against real metrics.

As a Certified Team Performance Coach (CTPT) we start by assessing your team performance based on 14 simple Team Performance Indicators (TPI) (nothing too complex!). This Team Diagnostic Assessment provides a baseline, a common language for team members. It helps the team create a portrait of itself; how members interact, how they perform as a collaborative, interdependent group.

This 'portrait' becomes a tool to help the team, the leader and the organization identify how your team is doing and what we need to address to achieve your desired outcome.

Team Coaching runs over a period of typically several months and eventually years. We believe that change doesn’t happen overnight and Team Coaching allows for transformation to take place. Team coaching provides a complete approach to improve team dynamics, team performance, and team relationships. The final goal is to enhance teamwork, build trust among team members, align the team, resolve conflicts, increase team awareness that goes beyond each individual, and develop empathy and shared commitment.

These playful activities are designed to give people an opportunity to get to know each other better. They aim at improving team awareness and charging the team with positive energy.

I liked how Geneviève reflected my thoughts and asked the right questions. That enabled me to see my situation from a different perspective, helped me sort my thoughts, and ultimately allowed me to make intentional decisions.
